How to record Activity Log

To Record a Student’s Activity Log #

In activity log, school can monitor students’ necessities and activities. The logs will be recorded and published for parents to keep on track of.

1. From the home page, click on Activity Log
2. Select the Student name
3. Select current activity, for instance Feeding
4. Enter the details of the activity
5. As for activity such as diapering, feeding, notes and potty, you can choose in between 4 parts of the activity and record with the same steps as above.

Record Activity with Start and Stop time #

Daily nap for children is essential to prevent them from being overtired, which can affect their sleep time later at night. In monitoring the children’s physical and emotional development, school needs to record the children’s nap time.

1. Click the Student.
2. Click on the Sleep icon.
3. Enter the details of the activity and click Start.
4. The activity can be monitored during the progress and click Finish when done.
