To give consent for administer medication #
Consent of the parents on behalf of the child to medical treatment is necessary to preserve the child’s well-being. Parents can now fill the consent form online to ease the administer of medication.
- From the home page, click on Medication.
- Click the + button at the bottom right to fill in the medication form.
- Fill in the Name of medication, Reason, Start and End date, Time and Amount of each dosage, and Remarks. Click save when done.
- Click on the three dots icon to edit or delete form.
