How do I share a photo or video on Stories

You can use stories to share everyday children’s’ moments to the parents. Stories are a great way to connect with parents and share their child’s achievements, progress or great moments under your care. You can share photos and short videos that will only be visible to your selected student(s).

How do I create a Story #

1. From admin console section click Stories.
2. From the bottom click blue + icon.
3. Select a photo or videos. You can add up to 10 photos.
4. From the top right click Save.
5. Choose who can see your Stories.  You’ll have the option to:Public: Your post will show up to everyone in your school.
6. Classes: Your post will show up to all the students in the selected class, including teachers.
7. Specific people: Your post will be visible to your selected student(s).
8. From the top right click Post.

How do I edit an existing Story I shared #

To edit your Stories, you’ll need to be either an admin or have access to the Stories.

1. From the home screen click Stories
2. On the right of the Story header, click  and then Edit.
3. Make your changes and click Save.

How do I delete a Story I shared #

To delete your Stories, you’ll need to be either an admin or have access to the Stories.

1. From the home screen click Stories
2. On the right of the Story header, click  and then Delete.
3. To confirm click Delete.

How do I enable and disable Likes #

1. From the home screen click Stories
2. On the right of the Story header, click  icon.
3. Toggle the Likes switch

2. On the right of the Story header, click  icon.
3. Toggle the Comments switch
