Filling school forms and request

To fill school forms and request: #

In order to give the approval and consent to school, parents must fill in the form and request to notify the school of the confirmation.

1. From the home page, click on Forms.
2. Click on + button on below of the page.
3. Click on Select Form.
4. Select the form to be filled in.
5. Fill in the details, sign and clicks Save.
